Jerry Martillotti obtains rare Summary Judgment for a Plaintiff in a FELA case.

Jerry Martillotti was able to obtain a ruling for partial summary judgment on liability for one of his railroad clients. The ruling form the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania provided Mr. Martillotti’s client a finding that the Railroad was responsible for his injuries before trial.
